With Susan’s help, I went from struggling to wade through college applications by myself to easily managing deadlines and essays. From the beginning, Susan set up a writing schedule that kept me on track and allowed me to submit the majority of my applications early action. Susan helped me make the transition from academia to industry after finishing my PhD. She taught me about the many aspects of job searching that you don’t learn about during your PhD. This included how to go about establishing a network, how to approach the resume, strategies for finding and applying for jobs, how to give industry job research talks and strategies for the interview process. Susan came to my rescue! My son had college essays and applications due and deadlines were approaching quickly. He is a conscientious student and was feeling so overwhelmed. I did not know where to turn to help! Susan eased my mind and from the first consultation I could see it was a great fit for my son. She kept my son on a schedule with small assignments so everything would be done and reach the deadlines.  I was so impressed with the mock interviews that my son would tell me about. They helped tremendously so he truly felt comfortable and confident when he had real interviews.

I have been an elementary school teacher for 33 years and I still love it and put my heart into my work. It is evident that Susan is very knowledgeable and puts her heart into her work.
